1. Spend some time each day being aware of your breath.  As little as 1 minute is a good start.  You can be sitting or lying down but don't try this while exercising!  If you do this regularly, you will notice that as you pay attention, the breath starts to slow and you feel more relaxed.  This is the body's parasympathetic nervous system becoming more active - it's about rest and relaxation.

2. Move your body!  If possible, get outside and move.  A walk in the park, a walk in the back garden - movement and being in nature, what a combination!  Blood circulation and fresh air makes for better health.

3. Eat green.  Green veg are the go!  Put them in smoothies, eat them in salads, have them as toppings, on sandwiches, as main course!  They contain so many plant nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
